The theme for NEMOA this year was “Walk Away a Winner” and it was held at Foxwoods, the World’s largest casino, in Ledyard Connecticut. It seemed appropriate to be in a gambling hall talking about the New Direct Marketers (read “e-commerce”) and the coming demise of mail order catalog marketing.
